The User is entitled, in accordance with applicable regulations, to:

8. Responsibility of the Educational Entity

If the platform is used by a university, training entity, or institution, that entity is responsible for the data it enters and manages within its account, while Thihn Learn processes the data and operates the platform in accordance with the agreements entered into with that entity.

However, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed 100% protection.
